Liver Disease: One of the risk factors affecting insulin resistance is obesity. This leads to fatty liver disease.
Sleep apnea: This is a problem in which a person suddenly stops breathing while sleeping. Obese people may suffer from sleep apnea.
All these problems are related to each other and may even lead to early death.

Natural solutions for hair loss!
Hair loss in men or women is many times a result of heredity and so this makes the person helpless. Few people among them start thinking of taking pills to control hair loss. But this solution may not be preferred by everyone. Treating the problem of hair loss naturally has the advantage of no side effects.

A hair tonic which is prepared by boiling dry pieces of amla in coconut oil is considered to be the simplest hair loss treatment. Similarly when you mix amla juice with lime juice and apply it as a shampoo, it proves to be effective in preventing hair loss.
Use of olive oil or castor oil on the scalp is a useful solution. Also massaging the hair with uncooked egg yolk helps in proper conditioning of hair.
Grinding lime seeds with black pepper when mixed with small amounts of water and applied on the scalp is an effective remedy.

Still not able to quit smoking??
It is a well known fact that smoking is dangerous to health. Still several people continue to smoke. Few among them do not show any attempts to quit smoking whereas few do try to get rid of it. But again many are unsuccessful. Let us see the risks of smoking.
It is very much essential for a smoker to get rid of his smoking habit as early as possible. The more you continue the more adverse effects it is going to have on your health.
- The major risk associated with smoking cigarette is lung cancer which can even lead to death. The smoke contains some carcinogenic chemicals which are deposited on the lungs. In turn it leads to initiation and growth of tumors.
- Not only lung cancer, but smoking can cause heart disorders. It has been proved that smokers are more prone to heart attacks.
- Tobacco is harmful for throat, mouth, kidney, pancreas and many other parts of the body.
- Besides smoking cigarette causes yellowing of finger nails, teeth and skin.
- Bad breath, bad smelling clothes and hair are other problems faced by smokers. It causes wrinkles on the facial skin.
