Obesity prevails in many developed countries. Studies have proved that the number of people who are obese have tripled over the last 20 years. About 46% of men in UK and 32% of women are overweight. And an additional 17% of men and 21% of women are obese. The main reason for growing weight of a person is changes in lifestyle and eating habits. Obesity is a becoming a concern as it leads to many serious diseases like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stroke, diabetes and heart diseases which can eventually lead to death.

It is observed that obesity comes with age but these days this is not the case. Obesity affects not only adults but children also. Here are certain tips for diet which can be followed:

It is observed that many people do not drink water even though they are aware about the fact that water is good for health. Drinking water flushes the toxins that are stored in your body. Drinking soda can cause obesity. Another reason for obesity is alcohol consumption. Though people are aware about the hazardous effects of alcohol, they find difficulty in quitting those habits.

Avoid having junk food or high calorie food. Have smaller meals throughout the day instead of having heavy meals at one sitting. Have green salads, fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid having meat as it is one of the reasons for obesity. Curd or buttermilk after the meal will be useful.

Never rush through your meal. Proper chewing of food is absolutely essential. And above all, regular exercise is one effective solution for reducing weight. But this exercise should not be practiced immediately after your meal.

Beware before buying drugs online!

The growth in E-commerce has given a boost to online trading. Internet offers several advantages to the consumers all over the world. Similarly one can buy medicines also using internet. Many websites are available online which sell medicines. This saves the time and energy of the consumers as they deliver the medicines right at the door step within the claimed days.

However, one should not be too attracted to the offers and promises made by these websites. There are certain precautions which should be taken by the buyer so as he is not fooled. The most important point to be considered before buying any product online is the reputation of the business. The testimonials present on the website can give the views of the customers who have dealt with the website. Buying genuine medicines is any time recommended when it is related to your health. So always choose a site which will provide you with a valid prescription. Buying generic medicines can put the health of a person at risk.

Another important factor to be considered is the mode of payment. Credit card payment should be preferred so as to protect the buyer if the medicine does not arrive or fails to fulfill its claims. Also, one must take precaution if the seller is not ready to provide refund policy. The physical address of the seller should be verified. Along with that, one must ensure whether the clinic is registered or not with the proper authorities.

Many online clinics offer consultation with their doctor only after which they deliver the medicines. This is a safe practice. If some clinics do not provide this facility, it is always better to consult your own doctor and then proceed.

Premature and Delayed Ejaculation

Both men and women suffer from problems related to their sexual health. The most common sexual health problems in men include impotence or erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, low libido. Sometimes these problems will improve with time but if they do not, then consulting a doctor is absolutely essential. Sexuality is the integral part of being human and you just cannot avoid any such problem.
Ejaculation refers to the process where the semen is released from the penis which marks the end of a sexual intercourse. Premature ejaculation occurs when a man cannot control this timing and ejaculates before his partner is ready for the same. Young men often experience this kind of premature ejaculation as they may be new to sexual intercourse. In such case, this problem can disappear with time and practice. But it can be a permanent problem if not treated for a long period. Premature ejaculation can be caused due to psychological factors such as depression, stress, lack of communication with partner.

Delayed ejaculation is also described as inability to ejaculate at will of both the partners. But in this case the ejaculation takes time to happen or in some cases it fails to take place. Delayed ejaculation can be caused due to some reactions of medications like anti depressants. Also a particular technique adopted by man for masturbation can hinder his ejaculation process. Physical causes include damage to spinal cord, stroke and diabetes.

Love, affection and sexual intimacy form the back bone of a healthy relationship and should be taken care of to lead a peaceful life.
